Chesterfield is an investment fund founded in 2016 by a seasoned global executive team, led by Alexey Reznikovich, combining many decades of expertise and best practice in executive and board leadership in global telecoms, high-tech, natural resources, industrials, consumer goods and retail.
Chesterfield is passionate about nurturing growth, raising finance, and assisting in strategy design, leadership development and risk management of its portfolio companies. It provides its portfolio companies with financial resources as well as access to its extensive network to produce breakthrough solutions, solid growth strategies and long-term strategic partnerships.
Chesterfields’ team also possesses unparalleled experience and track record in successful turnarounds, transformations and hands-on crises management and is capable of assembling and managing complex projects in any part of the world.
Chesterfield is based in London, United Kingdom. Its portfolio companies are based in North America, Europe and Asia, and total assets under management (AUM) is over US$ 300 million.

Founded in 2016 by Alexey Reznikovich, Chesterfield is an investment fund headquartered in London.
We are passionate about creating value and sustainable growth by investing in high-technology businesses and in adjacent telecom industry projects, with a view to producing innovative solutions and forming strong strategic partnerships.
Chesterfield delivers decades of professional experience in the telecom, high-tech and digital sectors. Our Founder, Alexey Reznikovich, is characterized by his ability to identify investment projects with significant prospects for long-term sustainable growth and has a proven track record of restructuring telecom businesses in developed and emerging markets as well as successful investment experience in the technology and digital fields.
We invest capital on behalf of Western European and US investors.
Chesterfield’s current Assets Under Management (AUM) is approximately $300 million.

The traditional telecom landscape is in the midst of a tectonic shift, fuelling deal activity in all subsectors. Our focus is on identifying symbiotic investment opportunities straddling the telecom and high-tech sectors with a view to introducing and integrating telecom operators with highly innovative IT solutions of our partner companies, resulting in business optimisation, overhaul of IT infrastructure, operational improvements, an asset-light model and revenue growth.
